Richard Peden

Richard Peden is General Manager of Xpressbet and Senior Executive Vice President of 1/ST Technology. He has been with The Stronach Group and its predecessor, Magna Entertainment Corp., since 2002 — first working on strategic initiatives spanning U.S. and international distribution, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, and joint ventures, and rising to Vice President, Content Management. He moved to Xpressbet in 2008 to focus on business intelligence and product management, and he has since held a series of senior leadership roles within 1/ST Technology. Before entering racing, Richard worked in strategy consulting at Mars & Co, where he was engaged with several Fortune 100 companies. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Applied Math from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
